We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Support Technician to join the Scolmore Group IT team, supporting users across a fast-paced multi-site business environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with technology, and delivering a high standard of support to end users across offices, warehouses, and operational environments.
You will be part of a supportive IT team, gaining exposure to a wide range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, endpoint security, networking, warehouse technologies, and cloud-based systems. The role offers the opportunity to develop both technically and professionally, with ongoing training, mentoring, and involvement in real business projects across the group.
This is not a repetitive call centre style helpdesk role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning, and wants to build a long-term career within IT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills through hands on experience, structured training, and exposure to infrastructure, systems, and operational support within a growing group business.
