Test Data Independently Verified By The LIA
Following a successful launch and the increase in demand, the IP65 maintained emergency hinged lid bulkhead has recently undergone additional independent verification testing by The LIA (Lighting Industry Association).
The luminaire is already third party approved by CTS to BS EN 60598 Part 2-22: 2014: (Particular requirements - Luminaires for emergency lighting).
BS EN 13032-4:2015: Light and lighting. Measurement and presentation of photometric data of lamps and luminaires. LED lamps, modules and luminaires.
The LIA conducted product performance testing to BS EN 13032-4:2015, confirming the colour rendering and lumen outputs in both mains and emergency modes providing photometric data ready for lighting design software.
In addition to the testing above, the LIA conducted an emergency duration discharge test with which the luminaire achieved the 3 hours minimum duration required from a full charge.
The hinged lid of the 3W LED bulkhead aids installation whilst offering a colour temperature of 5500K and mains light output of 151 lumens and 107 lumens during emergency mode. The luminaire is supplied complete with legends and compact 3.6V 900mAh NI-CAD battery.
